Our Design Approach:
At Puretech Design, we believe in treating every project as if it were our own. Our team of architecture designers, interior designers, and quantity surveyors worked closely together to develop a design philosophy that prioritized quality, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability. The design concept adopted for this project was Brutalism Architecture, characterized by bare finished concrete surfaces that optimize construction efficiency without compromising on aesthetics.
The facade of the building is adorned with cube-shaped planter boxes filled with green plants, adding a touch of natural beauty to the structure. The multipurpose hall, a focal point of the project, was meticulously planned to incorporate natural sunlight and ventilation, aligning with green building principles. This hall serves as a versatile space for various sports activities such as badminton, volleyball, basketball, futsal, cricket, and even features a golf stimulator. Additionally, the hall can be easily transformed into an event venue, showcasing its adaptability and functionality.
The project’s space planning encompassed three main divisions: two levels of car parks with a capacity for 400 vehicles, the multipurpose sports recreational hall, and 40 hostel rooms. Each area was strategically designed to optimize functionality, accessibility, and user experience.
