Architectural Designer
Are you a creative thinker with a passion for modern design concepts? We are looking for experienced architectural designers to join our team and contribute to our exciting projects.
As an Architecture Designer and TA, you will be the person to take charge of drawings production from design phase to construction phase for residential projects etc.
What do we need you to do?
• We need you to be skillful in 3D modelling to produce presentation drawings.
• We need you to produce construction drawings and detail drawings.
• You will be liaising with clients, other consultants and contractors.
• You are required to liaise various authorities for submission and approval of drawings.
What do we need from you?
• Minimum possess with Degree in Architecture Part I.
• Preferably with 1-year working experience in in a similar capacity but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• CAD software skill required: Autocad, Sketchup, Lumion, 3D Studio max, Photoshop etc
• Good design flair and good 3D modelling skill.
• Target orientated, result driven and willing to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Have good communication skill and strong problem solving skill.
• Good command of English in writing and speaking.
Interior Designer
Do you have an eye for detail and a flair for creating captivating interior spaces? Join us as an interior designer and work on projects that elevate living and working environments.
Requirement:
- Minimum possess with Diploma in Interior Design.
- Preferably possess of 2 years and above track record in a similar capacity.
- Flair in conceptual design, good in perspective drawing manually and by computer, detailing and able to manage contract.
- Good knowledge in material selection.
- CAD software skill required: Autocad, Sketchup, Lumion, 3D Studio max, Photoshop etc
- Target orientated, result driven and willing to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Have good communication skill with clients and strong problem solving skill.
Responsibilities:
- Produce conceptual interior design drawings for presentation to clients and working drawings, detail drawings for construction.
- Responsible for materials selection and color scheme coordination.
- To establish the project’s time schedule and manage all procurement of materials and monitor project costing within budget.
- Monitor overall progress of work carried out by sub contractors at site and ensure all works are carried out in accordance to the contract requirements, drawings, specification and project’s time schedule.
- Carry out regular checks and inspections at site and to conduct site meeting with all sub contractors and suppliers when necessary.
Construction Project Coordinator
Are you a natural leader with excellent organizational and communication skills with construction experience? We are seeking a construction project coordinator to oversee and ensure the successful delivery of our projects.
What do we need you to do?
• To coordinate and execute all aspects of project management cycle from start to finish to ensure quality and timely completion of the assigned projects.
• To execute project management activities especially monitoring the progress of assigned projects throughout the entire project cycle including work schedule planning, material requisition, inspection of construction work on site etc to achieve effective time, cost, quality, environmental and safety management.
• To work collaboratively with internal and external parties involved in the projects i.e. consultants, designers, contractors, government officials, etc.
• To coordinate with consultants and designers to resolve all technical issue.
• To maintain proper records of the assigned projects including permits, contracts, inspections, drawings, etc.
• To liaise and coordinate with subcontractors and consultants on progression of work to ensure assigned projects achieve effective time, cost, quality, environmental and safety management.
• To ensure quality work and comply with the contract requirement, specifications, drawings and standards.
• To take charge of the safety of all materials and equipment at site and take responsibility for prevention of work-related injury.
What do we need from you?
• Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Architecture or other building related discipline.
• Minimum with 3 years working experience with good track record in building construction and interior fit-out.
• Good command of English in writing and speaking.
• We prefer candidates who can converse in Mandarin to communicate better with many Mandarin-speaking sub-contractors but it is not mandatory.
• Honest, good communication skill and strong problem solving skill.
• Willing to learn and proactive.
Quantity Surveyor
Do you have strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail and strong negotiation skills? Join us as a quantity surveyor and play a crucial role in ensuring cost-effective project management and resource allocation.
Responsibilities:
• Take charge of procurement of building materials.
• To prepare, manage and evaluate Subcontractor, Letter Awards and other related documents.
• To check and evaluate Subcontractor’s progress claims, Supplier’s bills and recommend for payment.
• To prepare evaluation and analysis of tenders/quotations and recommend for approval.
• Responsible for taking-off quantities and preparation of bills of quantities.
• Responsible for tender costing and tender documentation.
• Calling for quotation and Preparation of project budgets and cost estimation.
• Coordinate with site project team in administering contractual matters such as variation order, extension of time, project cost control, etc.
• Responsible to attend joined valuation and final measurement.
• Liaison with clients and sub-contractors.
Requirements:
• Degree in Quantity Surveyor / Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years track record in a similar capacity.
• Confidence in Project Costing Management.
• Sound experience in Contract admin and Procurement role.
• Strong negotiation skill.
• Have knowledge in tender/subcontract procedures.
• Good in planning and organizing skill.
• Able to work independently and self motivated.
• Have good communication skill and strong problem solving skill.
• Good working attitude.
