We proposed a design centered around a large pavilion with partially enclosed walls and a fully covered roof for the entertainment area. This innovative concept garnered unanimous approval from our client, setting the stage for a remarkable architectural endeavor.

The expansive pavilion facing the large swimming pool encompasses an open-air dining hall, a living hall, a sauna room, a game hall, and a pantry equipped with cooking facilities, all seamlessly integrated under one roof. The main building houses an indoor living hall and two bedrooms, perfectly suited for a private holiday retreat.

They conceptualized an innovative design that seamlessly integrated the client’s vision of a sunlit, spacious, and inviting holiday retreat with the coastal environment. The architecture of the holiday villa is characterized by ample timber work internally and externally, complemented by a tropical-style roof design that varies in height, creating a dynamic and visually striking aesthetic. The extensive landscaping surrounding the villa enhances the overall ambiance, blending seamlessly with the natural coastal environment.
